Mark Whalen is not only the frontman and mastermind of Boston's death metal band Fuming Mouth, but he recently became a cancer survivor. Mark beat a rare form of blood cancer, acute myeloid leukemia (AML), during the Covid pandemic and had nearly the entire hardcore and metal scene come together to help him in his trying time. Now with all that behind him, Whalen has just released Fuming Mouth's second album with no plans of stopping in the future!
