I had the mighty @MythosPedals on the podcast this week and as usual… Zach had some fantastic insights when it comes to the business side of things.
One thing that a lot of small business owners (especially those of us in the guitar business) can do to themselves is doing TOO MUCH ourselves.
It’s that same scrappy/“can do” attitude that makes us start these companies in the first place!
Since we are doing everything in the beginning, we need to know when, and where to invest our resources to save as much time as possible.
For Zach’s guitar effects pedal business, that meant buying a wire stripping machine. Even though it was painful at the time!
