Guitarist Mikey Doling (Snot, Ex-Soulfly, Channel Zero) returns to the show PART 1 of 2 with Benny, Siobhán, Cory and our favorite special guest host, Shannon Larkin (Godsmack, The Apocalypse Blues Revival). In addition to catching up on Shannon and Mikey’s current musical endeavors, the two reminisce on their long careers, including stories from the early days of Snot and Ugly Kid Joe, Lynn Strait’s passing and the writing and recording of the tribute album “Strait up”. Mikey also shares his current exercise routine for getting in shape to finally hit the stage again.
